Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026. By submitting a case or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Service scope
VAGCode Academy provides remote technical direction, programming support, information and training. We review submitted information before confirming feasibility, scope, price and timing. No outcome or repair success rate is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Customer responsibilities
- You must have the vehicle owner’s authorization and provide accurate, complete vehicle and repair information.
- A qualified technician must remain with the vehicle during remote work, with a stable network and suitable vehicle power support.
- Original coding, scans and important data must be backed up, and local law, warranty and road-safety requirements must be followed.
- Services may not be used for unlawful manipulation of mileage, emissions, safety or anti-theft systems.
Quotes, payment and cancellation
Quotes are based on submitted information and may change if additional issues are identified. Work not yet started may be cancelled. Once technical review, file preparation, scheduling or remote work has begun, completed work is normally non-refundable. Any refund is assessed against work performed and applicable law.
Risk and liability
Vehicle programming and diagnostics involve inherent risks, including interruption, low voltage, pre-existing faults and incompatible modifications. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, downtime, data loss or damage caused by undisclosed vehicle conditions.
